Why I Built Cool to Clean

I spent 25 years working in the media industry and, like many with an entrepreneurial flair, saw an unmet need in the market.

There was a gap for a truly professional and ethical cleaning company.

I decided to put my idea and my years in customer service and running business accounts to better use.

What mattered to me was delivering high-quality work. The idea was simple – deliver a first-rate service with value attached. I thought if I could develop highly positive relationships with my clients through great staff I could remove the frustration for my clients and outperform over the long term.

The last thing business needs is for basic and vital services to be problematic.

So far so good. I’m loving the challenge of developing the business, but I’m humble enough to know that there’s always room for improvement.
